About this tool

Organize PDF lets you fix the order of pages and drop the ones you don't need in a single pass. Drag any thumbnail to a new slot to reorder, click the trash icon on a page to mark it for delete, then click apply once at the end to download the rebuilt PDF. It's the right tool when a scanned document came back out of order or carries pages that shouldn't ship to whoever opens the file next.

Deletes are reversible until you click apply: marked pages stay visible as a greyed-out preview with a 'Will delete' badge, and clicking the same page again restores it. Reorder by dragging or with each page's arrow buttons — no manual page-number entry or input forms. Both reorders and deletes are committed in the same apply, so a single click rebuilds the file.

How it works

  1. Drop your PDF

Drag a file into the dropzone or click to pick from disk. The page thumbnails render once the document is read.

  2. Reorder the pages

Drag a thumbnail before or after another page, or use its left and right arrow buttons for precise keyboard and touch control.

  3. Click the trash to mark for delete

Hover a page and click the trash icon on its card. The page greys out and gets a 'Will delete' badge — it isn't gone yet.

  4. Review the preview

The header shows live page counts and how many are marked for delete. Click any greyed page to restore it; drag any page to keep refining the order.

  5. Apply and download

Click apply. The server reorders first, then drops the marked pages, and streams the rebuilt PDF straight to your browser.

When to use it

  • Removing blank or duplicate pages from a scanned document.
  • Reordering chapters or sections that came in out of order from a scanner.
  • Stripping personal-info pages before sharing a file with a third party.
  • Fixing pages that were scanned upside-down or out of sequence.
  • Trimming a long document down to the relevant section before sending.

Frequently asked questions

Can I undo a delete before applying?
Yes. Marked pages aren't removed yet — they grey out as a preview. Click the same page (or its trash icon) again to restore it. Nothing actually changes in the file until you click apply.
How do I reorder pages?
Drag a page thumbnail to a new position, or use the left and right arrow buttons on its card. There's no manual page-number entry; the visual order is the final order.
Will my form fields and annotations follow the page?
Yes. Form fields, highlights, comments, and any other annotations are tied to the page they live on, so they move with the page when you reorder and disappear with the page if you delete it.
Can I delete and reorder in one apply?
Yes. Both happen in the same apply call: the new order is committed first, then the marked pages are removed from that reordered list. One click rebuilds the file.
Why are deleted pages still showing?
That's the preview state — pages stay visible as greyed-out thumbnails with a 'Will delete' badge so you can sanity-check the final result and undo any accidental marks. They disappear from the document only after you click apply.
